One platform, end to end

Everything it takes to run modern parking

From the back office to the curb, operations, pricing, payments, and data work as one system instead of five disconnected tools.

Operations

Manage every lot from one console

See live occupancy and revenue across all your locations, check any plate in seconds, and act on overstays and unpaid sessions before they cost you.

  • Multi-lot rollup - switch between locations or see them all at once.

  • Live plate check - look up any vehicle and its pay status instantly.

  • Enforcement built in - flag overstays, issue citations, export to collections.

Pricing engine

Pricing as complex as your business

Price by stay length, accumulating rates, or packages. Weekday schedules, entry windows, daily caps, grace periods, and special-event overrides all resolve automatically.

  • Tiered and progressive - rates with live price preview as you build.

  • Schedules and packages - cheaper overnight, premium at peak, early-bird deals.

  • Event overrides - flat game-day pricing or surge, by date and lot.

  • AI pricing assistant - describe your sign — however complex — and it builds the plan and setup for you.

Driver experience

A consumer app drivers actually finish

Scan the QR on your sign, verify by text, and pay in seconds with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Saved cars make repeat parking one tap.

  • Express wallets - fewer taps and higher completion.

  • Plate capture - and saved vehicles for one-tap repeat sessions.

  • Remote extend - live countdown and digital receipts reduce support calls.

Launch your branded app
Developers and data

Open APIs and the integrations you run on

A documented API and webhooks for sessions, rates, benefits, and revenue. Connect to accounting, marketplaces, and your own internal tools.

  • REST API and webhooks - for sessions, pricing, occupancy and payouts.

  • Partner benefits - accept sponsored parking and partner reservations.

  • Redemption reporting - for finance and reconciliation.

One all-in rate — and it falls as you grow

No monthly bill, no hardware, no long-term contract. You pay a percentage only when ParkTab collects a payment, processing included, and the rate steps down automatically as your portfolio's volume grows. Every tier is published, including the largest.

Volume is your average monthly payments processed through ParkTab — card, mobile wallet, and PayPal-family, including tips — over the trailing 12 months, across every location you operate. Each tier includes its lower bound and excludes its upper one; tiers are reviewed monthly and applied automatically to the following month, no negotiation required. New operators qualify on their running average after the first 90 days. Per-transaction minimums of 70¢ (self-pay) and 25¢ (attendant) apply at every tier, and tips collected through ParkTab carry a 5% fee.

Clear pricing, your way

Payment processing — roughly 3% plus 30¢ on its own — is included in ParkTab’s rate, whether drivers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo. You decide how to present the ParkTab fee: absorb it, build it into your parking rate, or disclose it as a convenience fee. Either way, drivers see the complete price before they pay — no surprise add-ons of 35¢ to $2.50 per session quietly appearing at checkout.

Nothing to buy, nothing to sign away

Gated systems start at $8K–$50K per lane installed, before software, maintenance, and 3–6 year contracts — a typical stack lands at 5–9% of revenue once everything is counted. ParkTab is printed signage and a month-to-month agreement.

Every standard rate is published — even the big ones

No “contact us” pricing games: the ladder applies automatically from your trailing volume, the same for every operator, and enterprise commitments can earn rates beyond it. For scale: full-service operators take 30–50% of gross, and marketplaces take 15–30% plus driver fees.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install new hardware?

No. ParkTab is QR- and plate-based, so you can go live with printed signage alone. If you run gated lots, we integrate with common LPR cameras and gate controllers, but it is optional.

How complex can my pricing get?

Very. Price by stay length, accumulating rates, or packages, with weekday schedules, entry windows, daily caps, grace periods, minimum charges, and date-specific event overrides. And you don’t have to build it by hand — the AI pricing assistant reads your existing rate sign, however tangled, and turns it into a working pricing plan and setup.

Are advanced software features limited by plan?

No. Every operator can manage any number of lots and use ParkTab’s pricing, enforcement, reporting, API, and webhook tools. Enterprise arrangements are available for custom processing, integrations, support, and service requirements.

How do the volume tiers work?

Your rate is set by your average monthly processed volume — the trailing 12 months of payments processed through ParkTab (card, mobile wallet, and PayPal-family, including tips) across all of your locations, added up as one portfolio and divided by twelve. We review it monthly and apply the matching tier to the following month automatically — there is nothing to request or negotiate. Operators newer than 12 months qualify on their running average after the first 90 days, and per-transaction minimums stay the same at every tier.

When do I get paid?

Revenue lands in your Stripe-powered payout account as sessions are paid. Funds clear after a short hold that protects you and your parkers on card disputes, then transfer to your bank automatically — and when your cleared balance is large, it pays out as soon as it clears instead of waiting for the next scheduled run. Exact hold periods, thresholds, and schedules are in the Operator Agreement; enterprise arrangements can customize them.

Can drivers pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay?

Yes. Express wallets are first-class in the consumer app, alongside saved cards. Drivers verify once by text, save a vehicle, and future sessions are a single tap.

Does it integrate with SpotHero and other marketplaces?

It does. ParkTab accepts partner benefit grants, pre-paid reservations, and sponsored parking, then reconciles them as line items in revenue reporting.

How long does it take to go live?

Most operators are live within 14 days, often the same week for a single lot. Add lots, build rates, print QR signage, and start collecting.
